1.6.  The Service is not authorised, approved, or endorsed by AQA.

2.1.  Chemistry Unlocked disclaims all warranties, express or implied regard to this service. Chemistry Unlocked does not make representations of any kind or warranties available to you through the platform. 

2.2.  No oral advice or written information given by Chemistry Unlocked or any of its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, agents, or the like will create a warranty.

2.3.  Without limiting the generality of the foregoing: (a) Chemistry Unlocked has no obligation to indemnify or defend you against claims related to infringement of intellectual property; (b) Chemistry Unlocked does not represent or warrant that the system will perform without interruption or error; (c) Chemistry Unlocked does not represent or warrant that the system is secure from hacking or other unauthorised intrusion or that your content will remain private or secure; and (d) Chemistry Unlocked disclaims any representation or warranty concerning products or services provided by other users of the platform or other third parties.

2.4.  Except as required by law, the Company’s liability to any Bill Payer or User is limited to the total subscription fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

2.5.  The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost opportunities, business interruption, or exam outcomes.
