2.Services

  • Chemistry Unlocked provides digital and physical learning resources that are mapped to the content and sequence of the AQA GCSE Chemistry and Combined Science specifications.
  • Subscriptions grant access to online content, including podcasts, quizzes, and downloadable worksheets, as well as a hard copy workbook for paid subscribers.
  • Free trials may include access to a limited set of resources.

3.User Accounts and Subscriptions

Eligibility:

  • Subscriptions are available to users aged 18 or over. Students under 18 must have parental or guardian consent to use the service.

Subscription Access:

  • Upon subscription, users gain access to all digital resources until the end of July 2025.
  • Subscription fees include the cost of the hard copy workbook, which will be shipped to the address provided during sign-up.

Single-User Licence:

  • Each subscription is valid for use by a single individual only.
  • Subscriptions cannot be shared, transferred, or accessed by multiple users under a single account.
  • Sharing login details or account access with others is a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in the termination of the subscription without refund.

Cancellations and Refunds:

  • Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time via the account management page.
  • Refunds are not available for partially used subscriptions or once the hard copy workbook has been dispatched unless required by UK law.

4.Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe Inc.
  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing or introduce new fees. Existing subscribers will be notified of any changes with at least 30 days’ notice.

5.Intellectual Property

  • All content provided by Chemistry Unlocked, including but not limited to podcasts, worksheets, quizzes, and the printed workbook, is the intellectual property of The Unlocked Learning Company Ltd.
  • Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal, educational purposes only.
  • Content may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without explicit written consent.

6.Liability

  • Chemistry Unlocked strives to ensure all content is accurate and up-to-date. However, we do not guarantee that the resources will lead to specific academic outcomes.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

Service Availability:

  • While we aim to provide uninterrupted access to Chemistry Unlocked, we are not responsible for any disruptions caused by:
